I cannot for the life of me drink doogh. My friends all tell me how great it is but I can’t dig it. I feel I have failed as a love of Iranian culture.
I actually cannot stand carbonated (made with club soda) doogh, but I love the version made with water…and BTW, you’re not supposed to love absolutely everything about your culture. we accept what appeals to us as people, right?
True! š But my friends always tell me I simply *must* try it. But I say I’ll stick with tea. š
i *highly* recommend my Persian Ice Cream post. i made the ice cream once at home and i *adored* it.
